The Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company with registered office in Słupsk was appointed as the Administrator of the Słupsk Special Economic Zone by government order on 9 th September 1997. (Dz. U. Nr 135, poz. 905 z późn. zm.).

The main stockholders of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company are: Pomerania Region, the Municipality of Słupsk, State Treasury, the Municipality of Koszalin, the Commune of Słupsk. The Initial capital of the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company is 29.036.600 PLN. Many years of experience as well as collaboration and partnership between the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency Joint Stock Company and governmental and local administration, employment agencies, institutions, and higher education schools enable us to provide a comprehensive assistance to investors.

SSEZ offers 824,35 ha of investment lands and includes 15 subzones - attractive, coherent and developed plots located in two regions of Northern Poland - Pomerania and West Pomerania. 

Slupsk Special Economic Zone consists of 15 Subzones and encompasses the area of more than 824 hectares. The Subzones are located in the Pomeranian and West Pomerania Regions.

Entrepreneurs active in the zone can take advantage of income tax exemptions until 31st December 2020.
