Poland-Norway connected with innovative bridge!
On 15th October 2014 at the charming district Aker Brygge in the heart of Oslo, at the headquaters of law firm Berngaard/Sandbek AS, the Pomeranian Regional Development Agency from Slupsk and Norwegian-Polish Chamber of Commerce from Oslo organized a business seminar with networking.
The event “Poland-Norway – Let’s create an innovative bridge!” was organized within the Oslo Innovation Week 2014 - the largest innovation convention in Europe - making it a significant meeting place to discuss opportunities and practices for growth and innovation every year.
The seminar was a part of economic mission of Pomeranian companies and institutions from ICT sector. Seven companies from the region took part in the mission: Black Pearls Investments, Syrius Group, Telemobile, TMA Automation, Tomsky Internet Marketing, SolDevelo and XOGO. In the delegation line-up were also Pomeranian business support institutions such as Invest in Pomerania, Slupsk Technology Incubator, INTERIZON Pomeranian ICT Cluster and Gdansk Science & Technology Park.
After warming welcome by the representatives of NPCC, PRDA and Berngaard/Sandbek AS the floor was given to the representatives of Polish and Norwegian business support institutions. Speakers presented the characteristic of the ICT industry in both countries and provided the audience with opportunities of international collaboration. In the final session Polish companies from Pomerania region presented their great innovative projects to the Norwegians. The get together moved to the networking session during a cocktail accompanied by Polish cuisine.
