Pomeranian Regional Development Agency JSC offers commercial real estate, i.e. investment plots for sale as well as commercial, office and residential premises for rent. As part of its activities, we also provide brokerage services in commercial real estate, located within and outside the Słupsk Special Economic Zone. We invite entrepreneurs and institutions interested in selling or purchasing real estate to cooperate with us (industrial / service plots, halls / warehouses, office, premises).
We offer 530 ha of area in the SSEZ , which is the total available area of land within the zone status - check the current offer here. In addition, within the range of the SSEZ Polish Investment Zone, there are 97 municipalities that also have attractive plots for investment - more information about the Polish Investment Zone governmental program and the possibilities of obtaining income tax reliefs here.
