Location: The Subzone consist of one big complex of plots with the total area of 180,0846 ha.

It is located in the Eastern part of the Karlino’s Commune Municipality, next to the Karlinko site in about 3 km from the Centre of Karlino City.

The site is located directly by the National Road no. 6 (Szczecin-Gdańsk) and in 3 km from Voivodship Road no. 163 (Poznań-Kołobrzeg).
